We are Peoria's newest premier event venue nestled in the city's beautiful Old Town Entertainment District. Our historical building boasts a rustic indoor space that can be styled to suit your unique event. Our History
Our historic building was originally constructed in 1920 as Peoria's first movie theater. In 1947 it was damaged by a fire and rebuilt. It was then converted into Fire Station #1 when Peoria was incorporated in 1954. It operated as a fire station until 2006,

The fire house sat empty for many years until it was rescued and revitalized into Lucidi Distilling Co. in 2015. With respect to the years of civil service the building has seen, the Lucidi family kept the name Fire Station #1 and endeavored to restore as much of the original fire house as possible. Word got out and pretty soon firefighters began dropping off memorabilia to display on the walls. From helmets to turnouts to retirement tags, Fire House has been honored to display the pieces of this city's history.
